DESCRIPTION:🎓 CoDEMO Day – Building Organization 5.0: New Challenges a
 nd Competences\n\nHow can we prepare people for the challenges of Organiza
 tion 5.0? Which competences will matter most in the labour market of the f
 uture? And how can students\, universities and business partners work toge
 ther to co-create innovative solutions?\n\nOn 27 May 2026\, the Faculty of
  Engineering Management at Bialystok University of Technology will host Co
 DEMO Dissemination Day – an event dedicated to Industry 5.0\, innovation
 \, future competences and science–business collaboration.\n\n📌 The pr
 ogramme will include:\n\n✔ Student2Business session – presentations of
  student projects developed for companies and the socio-economic environme
 nt\,\n✔ discussions on future competences in Organization 5.0\,\n✔ net
 working between students\, academics and entrepreneurs\,\n✔ University2B
 usiness session – presentation of initiatives and projects supporting th
 e development of Organization 5.0 in science–business collaboration netw
 orks.\n\nDuring the Student2Business and University2Business sessions\, st
 udents will present their ideas and solutions to business representatives.
  Experts from industry will share their experience\, assess the innovative
  and implementation potential of the projects\, and discuss the competence
 s that are increasingly important in today’s and tomorrow’s labour mar
 ket.\n\n💬 CoDEMO Dissemination Day will be a space for exchanging exper
 iences\, building collaboration networks and co-creating modern\, responsi
 ble and sustainable organizations of the future.\n\nThe event is organised
  as part of the CoDEMO 5.0 – Co-Creative Decision-Makers for 5.0 Organiz
 ations project.\n\nOver less than three years\, the CoDEMO project has res
 ulted in a range of initiatives developed by Bialystok University of Techn
 ology\, the EVOLUMA industrial cluster\, and cooperating enterprises and i
 nstitutions. At the Faculty of Engineering Management\, these outcomes inc
 lude two editions of the HI 5.0 competition [link]\, Innovation Day [link]
 \, regular webinars with business representatives [link]\, the launch of t
 he CoDEMO certification programme for students of selected study programme
 s [link]\, and the creation of a collaboration network of project partners
