🎓 CoDEMO Day – Building Organization 5.0: New Challenges and Competences
How can we prepare people for the challenges of Organization 5.0? Which competences will matter most in the labour market of the future? And how can students, universities and business partners work together to co-create innovative solutions?
On 27 May 2026, the Faculty of Engineering Management at Bialystok University of Technology will host CoDEMO Dissemination Day – an event dedicated to Industry 5.0, innovation, future competences and science–business collaboration.
📌 The programme will include:
✔ Student2Business session – presentations of student projects developed for companies and the socio-economic environment,
✔ discussions on future competences in Organization 5.0,
✔ networking between students, academics and entrepreneurs,
✔ University2Business session – presentation of initiatives and projects supporting the development of Organization 5.0 in science–business collaboration networks.
During the Student2Business and University2Business sessions, students will present their ideas and solutions to business representatives. Experts from industry will share their experience, assess the innovative and implementation potential of the projects, and discuss the competences that are increasingly important in today’s and tomorrow’s labour market.
💬 CoDEMO Dissemination Day will be a space for exchanging experiences, building collaboration networks and co-creating modern, responsible and sustainable organizations of the future.
The event is organised as part of the CoDEMO 5.0 – Co-Creative Decision-Makers for 5.0 Organizations project.
Over less than three years, the CoDEMO project has resulted in a range of initiatives developed by Bialystok University of Technology, the EVOLUMA industrial cluster, and cooperating enterprises and institutions. At the Faculty of Engineering Management, these outcomes include two editions of the HI 5.0 competition [link], Innovation Day [link], regular webinars with business representatives [link], the launch of the CoDEMO certification programme for students of selected study programmes [link], and the creation of a collaboration network of project partners [link].
